Rebooking, cancellation, ...

Rebookings are a free service for you, enabling you to make last-minute adjustments to your booking and thus make early bookings, which secures you a place and makes scheduling easier for us. Rebookings to a more northerly boarding point are always possible. Rebookings to a more southerly boarding point and to a different day are available on request. Please let us know as soon as possible. If you wish or need to cancel your booking, please also let us know as soon as possible. Up to 7 days before the date of the offer, we will only deduct our own costs of 20% of the price paid from the refund. If you cancel between 6 and 4 days before the date of the offer, we will unfortunately have to deduct 50% for logistical reasons. If you cancel 3 days or less before the date of the offer, the capacity can usually no longer be adjusted and therefore no pro-rata refund is possible. However, please still let us know so that we do not search for you in vain on the day in question.

Scope of liability:

Below, we would like to briefly and transparently inform our passengers about the legal situation. Our terms and conditions contain only a few individual clarifications. We carry out our transport services with the care required by law and have all the necessary licenses, concessions, and legally required insurance. In accordance with the legal provisions, we are liable for damages in the event of intentional or grossly negligent behavior. In cases of slight negligence, the law only provides for liability in a few cases. Any claims for damages are limited to twice the proportionate transport price in accordance with the statutory provisions. No liability is accepted for damage to persons or property attributable to culpable behavior on the part of the passenger, nor for damage attributable to force majeure, chance, or comparable unforeseeable events. We are only liable for the consequences of delays (e.g., missing connecting services) in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior. The law only provides for liability in exceptional cases for delays due to force majeure, unforeseeable traffic events, late arrival of the passenger, or technical failures of the vehicle. For very short-term bookings with less than three days' notice, we reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional cases, even if they have been automatically confirmed. The reason for this is that when bookings are received simultaneously, the availability of the last seats cannot always be clearly assigned for technical reasons. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
