Rebookings are a free service for you to make last-minute adjustments to your booking and thus book early, securing you a seat and making it easier for us to schedule. Rebookings to a more northerly boarding are always possible. Changes to a more southerly boarding and to another day on request. If you need or want to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Up to 7 days before the date of the offer, we will only deduct our own costs of 20% of the paid price from the remittance. In case of cancellation between the 6th and 4th day before the date of the offer, we unfortunately have to deduct 50% for logistical reasons. In case of withdrawal from the 3rd day before the date of the offer, the capacity can usually not be adjusted and therefore no remittance is possible. However, please let us know anyway.
Scope of liability:
Proper performance of the contract of carriage is ensured within the scope of the legal duty of care. The relevant licences and concessions as well as the insurance provided for by law are in place. In any case, the liability and possible obligation to pay damages is limited to twice the proportional transport price. Furthermore, liability is only accepted in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded in any case. No liability shall be accepted for damage to persons or property caused by the passenger's culpable conduct (intent or negligence) or for damage caused by force majeure or coincidence, etc. The passenger shall also not be liable for the consequences of delays in the carriage. Liability for the consequences of delay (e.g. that a connection is missed) is also only accepted in the case of intent and gross negligence. Under no circumstances will liability be accepted in the event of force majeure (e.g. traffic jams, etc.) or coincidence, delay of the passenger at departure or similar, technical defect of the vehicle, etc. In case of very short-term booking with less than 3 days notice, we reserve the right to cancel the booking unilaterally, even if they are automatically confirmed by the system, because the system sometimes can not distinguish who booked first and who booked second at the same time and accepts both bookings.
