- Unfortunately, tandems and fat bikes cannot be transported. Other special requests on request.
- The team has to process a large number of bookings, rebookings and transports individually and carefully. The driver lifts heavy loads, has to keep an eye on everything, has time pressure, ... If the team does its job well, then of course it is also happy to receive a “thank you” or a tip.

You have the possibility to change your booking. If your bike trip is delayed or if you want to go faster, you can in any case get on at an entry point further north, on request also further south. Furthermore, it is possible to change at short notice to a shuttle on another day, for which there are still places available. Please inform us as early as possible in each case.
In the pre- and post-season it can happen that there is not a bus for every date. If you book early, you will help us to get the bus on the desired date. You will also help us if you give us possible alternative dates. If we have to combine dates, we will inform you in time.
